Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition's GREAANS Giveaway - OFFICIAL RULES

The following promotion is intended for viewing in Newfoundland only and shall be construed and evaluated according to Canadian law.

Eligibility

The Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition GREEANS Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to individuals who are:

Legal residents of Newfoundland, Canada;

At least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees of Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition, located in Newfoundland, Canada (the "Sponsor").

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrants' full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on November 1st at 1:30 PM Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) and ends on November 26th, 2024, at 11:59 PM NST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Winner will be announced on November 27th, 2024 and will be contacted directly via Instagram.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period: Like the designated giveaway post on the @paradisefitnesssn Instagram page; Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the post; Share the post in your Instagram story and tag @paradisefitnesssportsnutrition.
You will receive one (1) entry for completing these steps, plus an additional entry per tag in the comments.

Winner Selection

On November 27th 2024, Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Prize

The winner will receive 1 container of Tangy Peach Ringz GREEANS, a Beyond Yourself Shaker, and bag. The prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified through Instagram direct message. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining entries.

By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition and not to Instagram. Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition disclaims all responsibility for any incidents involving spam accounts or the improper use of the giveaway. This includes but is not limited to issues arising from any technical malfunctions of telephone networks, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any failure to receive entries due to technical problems or Internet congestion, as well as any harm to participants' or any third party's computer as a result of participating in the giveaway or downloading materials related to it. We emphasize that participation in this giveaway does not condone or endorse misuse or spamming activities, and we reserve the right to take necessary actions against such behaviors to maintain the integrity of the event.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problems, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Paradise Fitness and Sports Nutrition’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
